Fingerpicking Fingerpicking means playing individual notes to make a melody, rather like playing classical guitar. Learn to read music notation or play from tab. Although a little fingerpicking from tab is included in the singalongs, if you are keen to learn fingerpicking, you may want to consider private lessons. Please ring Rosemary if you are interested: 023 8026 2083
We have some spare ukuleles available for use during the sessions if you would like to have a try before you buy your own.

Ukulele Time is run by Rosemary Bock. Rosemary has been playing and teaching the ukulele with Southampton Ukulele Jam since 2009 and runs several ukulele groups in Chandlers Ford. Rosemary gained the James Hill certificate as a level 1 ukulele teacher in April 2018 and is now training for level 2.
Learn to play, improve your playing or just join in with a singalong. You will soon find that the ukulele is one of the easiest instruments to learn and that playing in a group is a great mood booster.
I can also offer lessons to suit your requirements. Please ring or use the contact form, giving details of what you would like. I look forward to hearing from you!
Prepare to be uplifted by one of the happiest instruments around!
